HARD DISK DRIVES

This units contains 2x500 GB RAID HDD. You can upgrade the first 2 disks and select an additional 3th and 4th drive by selecting them from the pull down menu. The prices of the first 2 disks are lower because we will take the innitial drives out of the delivery. DivXPlayer.nl will make sure that the latest firmware is installed.

HARD DISK SPARE

You can select a SPARE Disk, in case one disk breaks down, you will have a identical HDD available for fast exchange of the faulty disk. You will minimize the risk of data loss in this case and can arrange the warranty for the faulty disk while your system runs 100%.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

Netgear supplies a direct warranty support for 5 years from purchase towards the end-user. In case you use the unit for your business, you might consider taking a service contract to obtain faster service. There are 2 different service contracts available for this product.
