Canceling orders wich have not been shipped out yet are without costs, if canceled before 16.00 by phone or mail. When the order is allready shipped out, you will be charged shipping costs. When shipped in the NL, we advice you to accept the parcel, since rejecting will result in a double shiping fee.
Warranty
DivXPlayer.nl gives one year Warranty om purchased products. Allmost all products have a extended Warranty of 24 months or more. This Warranty is given by the manufacture. Please check the support page for more info about that.
Complaints
You can send any complain to info@divxplayer.nl with in the subject field written COMPLAIN. We will respond within 48 hours. You can also send a written complain to our correspondence address as written above.
