Level of Support DivXplayer.nl provides
DivXPlayer.nl will always try to solve any problem a customer encounters with his purchased product. We sold the customer the product, so we are also responsible of trying to solve any problem in case of defectivity or encountered problems. In some cases however, it is possible (and recommended) to get direct service and support, from the manufacture or distributor. Espacialy this is the case with networking products, since it is impossible for us to help with PC configurations and external factors, like the usage of different brands of Modems, Routers etc. Some manufactures even provide a free of charge Pick up and return service.
