Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

Damage in Transit
You must always check your package upon arrival. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment before the driver leaves and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of goods as shown on the invoice in the box. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note before the driver leaves and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace, refund or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. All potential faulty products will be examined by our after-sales service or the manufacture to get a first technical diagnostic. Please note that all faulty product must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions. For refund in the unlikely event that an accessory is missing or that the original package has been damaged we will apply to you a 15% penalty cost of the initial price of the good. No replacement will be authorized if accessories and instructions are missing and/or the product is received damaged and/or the product comes without the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 calendar days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Replacements
If a item has been returned for replacement, inspection and shipment will be done within 2 working days (Mo / Fri).
Repairs
If a item has been returned for repair, inspection and shipment will be done within 5 working days (Mo / Fri).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case of a replacement or repair, return shipment from us to client will be paid by us.
